Q: How can I search for courses online?
A: You can search for courses for the upcoming semester any time of day using our online Course Search program.



Q: When is the last day to add/drop/withdraw for the current semester?
A: The Academic Actions page contains procedures for all academic actions in addition to the deadlines for the current semester.



Q: How can I order a copy of my transcript?
A: You will need to request a transcript online or in person. Please refer to the  Transcript Information page to place your order online or to find more information about requesting your transcript in person.



Q: Where can I find my grades online?
A: You can view your grades by logging onto your ecampus account. Further information regarding grades can be accessed on the Grade Information page.



Q: How and when do I apply for graduation?
A: All of the information you need to know about graduation can be found on our Graduation Information page.



Q: Where is the Registrar's office located?
A: The Office of the University Registrar is located in Levermore Hall, on the lower level. The Registrar Contact page contains more information including office hours.



Q: I'm interested in taking a summer class at Adelphi. What do I need to do to register?
A: As a student attending Adelphi in the summer you will be considered a visiting student. In order to register for a summer course you can come into the Registrar's Office and fill out a registration form or mail in the completed form.



Q: I'm interested in taking an intersession (winter) course at Adelphi. What do I need to do to register?
A: Adelphi University only accepts visiting students during the summer. If you wish to take an intersession course, you will need to complete an application form through Admissions.



Q: I took classes through my high school for college credit. How can I get those credits I earned transferred over to my new college?
A: You will need to request a transcript online or in person. If you wish to request one online, please refer to the Transcript Information page.



Q: How can I add/change/ remove a major/minor?
A: You will need to complete a Change of Major/Minor form. You can obtain this form in the Registrar’s Office or in your department.

*Please note if you are adding and/or changing your major/minor you will need to obtain the appropriate signatures as indicated on the form.



Q: How can I obtain proof that I am a full time student?
A: We can provide you with a verification letter. You can obtain a verification letter online or in person. See our Verification of Enrollment page for further instructions.



Q: My adviser told me that a course I took would be substituted for a requirement. Why doesn't this information appear in my degree audit?
A: Speak to your adviser and be sure that the official substitution/waiver course form has been properly completed, signed and submitted to the Office of the University Registrar.



Q: What should I do if I think the degree audit is incorrect?
A: Always consult with your adviser if you have any questions about your particular degree requirements. Your adviser will explain any difference between the audit and the advisement you are receiving
